The service tech that Ultimate Chimney Sweep sent out was fantastic. He took the time to educate me on my chimneys, potential issues, and what he was going to do. He took lots of pictures so he could share with me, real time, the condition of my chimneys, and what he felt was required. He ended up doing less work than what I initially planned for. He told me that work was not needed on one of the two chimneys I wanted to have cleaned. He said he could certainly clean it, but would basically be taking my money . Honesty in service is one of the most important things to me, and with Ultimate Chimney Sweep, I got just that - and great service!

Pleasant gentleman came to do the cleaning and inspection. Thought the rate was a bit heafty. Problems were found and quoted the cost for repairs. Thought those were real heafty and plan to do some shopping before commiting to the quote.

Based on input from my general contractor, I would rate them excellent. I had hired them previously on an emergency service type issue. They were very quick to respond from a voicemail message left in their answering system at 2:30 AM with a follow-up phone call at 8:00 AM. They were on site by 9:00 AM and had the problem resolved by 3:30 PM! Based on the experience I personally had with working with them directly I would rate them highly and expect to continue to use them as need be.

I hired Ultimate Chimney Sweep to replace my chimney cap. They quickly came out to give me a quote on the job. The technician was friendly and professional. He had the replacement part in his truck and completed the job on the spot for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use their services again.

Very informative and professional. Gave us all the different options and pricing plus the pros and csfor each approach. They use the camera in the phones to show you the before and after for all the work that occurs on the roof. It is a great way to show you the real problems and how they are solved.
