U. S. I. Window Washing, LLC

My snow removal was the result of our Jan. blizzard. I was looking online for someone as wer many others. These people responded and cleared me out just after midnight. I still don't know how they could tell where the driveway was, but they found it. Considering everything, I would definitly use their service again.

They agreed to clean gutters and downspouts, yet they essentially didn't touch the downspouts. Part of the deal was for them to seal the leaks in the gutter seams, but when the workers showed up, they had not been told to do this. After a couple of contacts on my part, Josh eventually came by to explain why they couln't fix the leaks. This analysis should of been done prior to telling me they would fix the problem. Now I still have clogged downspouts, and leaking gutter seams. I did agree to have them clean my windows in the Spring, and I sure hope they do a better job of that than they did with my gutters.

We have only had a couple of snow's, but U.S.I Window Washing was flexable around our snow removal time request and they had a reasonable price that all other company's couldn't touch. Fair, honest, and dependable to date.

Josh called promptly in response to an internet inquiry. Quoted me a fair price, and sent a worker right away. Ian (person who plowed) did an excellent job!! I'm on an automatic plowing schedule. Ian has returned when appropriate. I'm very happy with this service.

I was absolutey pleased with the way U.S.I Window Washing completed the job. The person arrived on time and completed the job to my satisfaction. I thought the person that power washed my house went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely use U.S.I Window Washing service in the future. They also offered to re-clean any surfaces in case we were not satisifed, but we are completely satisified with their service.

They came exactly when they said they would and were very pleasant to deal with. They cleaned my downspouts and went over and beyond the call of duty as there were several wasp's nests building up in the downspouts. Very satisfied with my dealings with them.

Josh once notified of the potential project was there the same day, submitted his bid and once awarded business was at our property a day later. Job completed per bid and appears to have done an excellant job.

They were very prompt and courteous. I gave out several of their cards to others in my neighborhood and would definitely use them again.
