The workers were very professional and did a great job. The only thing they could have done better was to clean the tracks and window sills.

The 2 gentlemen were polite and pleasant. They had given me an estimate, but, in the end, they charged less because of the design of the windows. I am very pleased , and I would hire them again !

Great company. We requested an estimate from Home Advisor, and within 2 days I got a call from the company with an estimate after they drove by to take a quick look at the house on their own time. Saved us time to do an estimate! We booked with them, they did great work, and were extremely easy to work with. Couldn't have made this easier for us! Will definitely use them again.

Initial contact was handled professionally. The quality of the work was excellent, the person doing the job handled things professionally and did an excellent job and the price was fair. We would definitely hire this company again.

Steve the owner is extremely pleasant and conscientious. In this economy you have to hire from the existing labor pool so I feel that he does his best with training and follow up. Steve called to ask if they could come out earlier than scheduled since another appointment had cancelled. That worked with my schedule so I agreed. Workers were on time and polite and patient with my small yappy dog. The young man who washed the inside was through. He took off his shoes and worked in (clean) socks. Brian who did the outside also seemed polite if a bit "spacey". Maybe it was due to the heat and humidity. I tipped them both in addition to the invoice amount. I thought the price was fair. However after they left I found that one of the Windows was left open, one other window had not been washed on the outside, one screen on the second floor had not been washed or replaced, and all of the basement windows were left unlocked and the screens not replaced. I left Steve a voicemail and he responded immediately, was very apologetic and is gong to work around my schedule to follow up and do any needed touch ups. The workers just didn't do a walk through at the end and as it's a large house with a lot of windows, I didn't notice until they had left. Overall I was satisfied and felt I had value for the money.

A specific time was set for this service. They were 1 1/2 hrs late without a phone call. I was told that they would run water through the gutters to get any remaining debris out which was not done. They did spray the hornet nests with MY spray after i was told they would bring theirs along. The owner was very personable however i dont feel as though i would hire them again. Sorry :(

I appreciate all feedback, good or bad because it helps U.S.I. to improve if needed. The time frame given was 12:00-1:00(allows for drive time, re-fuel, etc.) and we were 20 min. past our window due to traffic. The customer asked if we could take care of some nests for her and stressed that she had spray we could use, she just wasnt able to do it herself. I told her that we do have spray and would bring some along however, we did not have the correct spray needed for this job. I asked if the offer still stood for us to use her spray and if not one of the tech's would leave and return with correct spray. She said it was no problem(we never ask to use customer's equipment unless it is offered, and if the job calls for different supplies/tools we will go back to the shop and return with the proper equipment). Also, removing nests is a courtesy service that we do depending on the situation, in her case we made an exception and there was no additional charge to take care of this for her. I was under the assumption my tech's flushed the gutters and am just now finding out(4 days later) because of this review that they were not. U.S.I. offers a 100% satisfaction guaranty and had the customer called I personally would have come that day to take care of it. When customers decide to address their concerns through reviews and not with the company they are not allowing U.S.I to take care of their needs immediately. As a 4.5-5 star company we pride our selves on going the extra mile and making the customer happy. Having a 2.0 rating is not something we are used to receiving nor want but at the end of the day, we want to make sure every customer is satisfied and we will take these comments and learn from them. I would like to thank ( Customer name withheld per consumer request.) for allowing us the opportunity to do work for her and I apologize that she was not happy.

Have had other companies clean my windows, they are by far cleaner than they've been. There are no streaks. The workers were pleasant and on time.
