Carlos did a very good job on our house. Looks way better than when we did it ourselves. Excellent clean up.

Tyler's Pressure Washing came out before Christmas to wash our roof. It was a great improvement! But later on a family member took aerial pictures of the back of the house that showed that a large area had been missed, probably due to an equipment problem. I called the company and was delighted that the crew came back out the next work day. The roof looks uniformly clean now. Thanks for the good work!

Tyler’s 2 man crew showed up at my home early, were very polite and professional, and did an amazing job. I observed the lead person double check my home before asking me to check as well. The 2 minor areas of discussion were quickly handled to my satisfaction. I signed up for the yearly service and highly recommend you do the same.

He made our white house white again and stains that we had difficulty removing were gone, Driveway, screens, and windows had all the same fantastic results. Made me a repeat customer. He did wash the house, but in my recent review he's lying when he said he had me read the conditions, and that the plants and trees were in bad shape he said he has photos, if so produce them, and stop lying, I intend to also file a complaint with the consumer protection agency !!!!!!!!!!

On 10/15/24 I hired Tyler house washing to do my roof and my house which he did, but a day or 2 later I noticed my plants, trees, and bushes closest to the house were losing an excessive amount of leaves and turning brown, fall off the bushes, trees, and plants, I did inform Tyler of what was going on and he seem to be not interested, and basically said they will recover, its now 11/11/24 and the plants look even worse than they did when I called/ texted him, I invited him to come out and look at the plants, he refused to come out brushed it off, and basically said it was my problem, I believe his mixture was too concentrated with beach, he did not cover the plants close to the house, and he did not rinse the residue from the plants after he had finished, I would never use him again or refer him to anyone or anyone to him, he needs to learn to be more responsible, and fix what he destroys, there are a lot of photos of the damage but files are to large!!!!!!!!!!

Johnathan was extremely polite and he and his crew did a fabulous job power washing our home. Fast and efficient. We will definitely have them return next time.
