My husband and I were victims of fraud and shoddy work when we had our roof redone. A case in point was the ridge vent was sealed so we had no venting in our attic. Tyler came first thing in the morning and replaced the vent as well a shingles that had fallen off. It is very rare to find a young man who has such a good work ethic and isn't out to make his fortune on each job. We would love to work with him again.

Tyler Norris Handyman was very unprofessional & I would not recommend him or his services to others, nor will we be using him again. He pressured us to use him by lying, stating he’d send an invoice of $150 to cover the fees Home Advisor would charge him for the lead, whether or not he was hired. The work he did was very sloppy & I do not foresee this “bandaid” holding through one season as he promised. Mr. Tyler Norris has left a bad taste in our mouths about utilizing Home Advisor ever again!

I hired Tyler on a Sunday. He came on Tuesday he wasn’t able to come on Monday because of rain. He removed a chimney, and patched the roof. I would definitely hire Tyler again and plan to for future projects.

Tyler was prompt, very polite, very professional. Worked quickly, eager to do a good job, which he did. He replaced our dryer vent at the point when it went outside. He even replaced it with one that would not clog up, again, so we never have to worry about it getting clogged and starting a fire. We were so happy to have met him.

He was professional and came out to give an estimate on the job quickly. It is a side job for him so it took a while to get the job completed. The finished job was adequate.

Excellent work installing window trim and completing a number of small repairs. Very pleasant, works quickly, and highly recommend.

This was a fine young gentleman, very polite, and he did a great job on our porch (power washing) - even offered to fetch our easy chairs from the garage (which he did) and set them up on the porch.
