These guys were great. Pedro was punctual, the price was fair to re-secure hardie boards that came loose on the 3rd floor. Was able to get the estimate and repair on the same day, overall satisfied with the engagement. If you use a credit card, be ready to pay 3.65% of the transaction… they did accept a personal check.

Job was completed efficiently and quickly. Tycos needs to work on communications. Arrived over an hour early but did not call to tell us. Workers arrived and started doing work and did not come to door to announce their arrival. Also, several emails to company were unanswered.
