We hired true north to do both concrete and asphalt for our driveway. After installing concrete, they drove heavy equipment over the concrete while installing the asphalt, leaving numerous cracks and failing to fix it properly. They never even came back to seal the driveway, it has been over a year. Now we have to take them to court. Do not go with this business

Did not bring hot asphalt to make the promised repairs. Said they would put extra sealant on. All sealant was very thin. Some washed off in two days after it rained. Two to three inch bumps in the drive where they sprayed over debris. Some of the hot patch is already peeling. Someone came out when we were not home and approved the work.

I had a difficult schedule to fit these repairs into. It was an multi-business professional center. True North not only got the work done when they said they would; they did it while contending with on and off rain. It looks great - I will definitely hire them again.

Customer interface and contact was pleasant and professional. True North should have contacted us as to the day and time they would finish the project. The repair left a small dip in the asphalt that allows water to collect after a rainfall. Considering the two issues, the overall project was acceptable.
