Write a ReviewVery receptive to all my concerns
I canâ t express how great these guys did over an beyond my expectations great service
Very professional company. I hired them to paint the interior of my home and they did an excellent job. They showed up on time, did beautiful work, cleaned up each evening before they left and finished a day early. Will definitely be hiring them again for other jobs. Thank you Louis for a great job.
I am so impressed with Louis and his crew. They were so neat and clean, always leaving the job site spotless. The quality of work was like none I've ever seen. Louis was methodical and took great care to make sure everything was done just right. Anytime I need something done, I will definitely call them back. I highly recommend TruEdge Renovations!
Did excellent job. prombt and courteous
The crew was courteous and did an excellent job for the agreed price. We would call the company again for future projects.
My wife and I hired TruEdge renovations to have some custom built in bookshelves installed. They were to be white and have a space for a rolling library ladder kit that I would build and put in place. They were to help install the rail system for the ladder as that was a two person job. Now when it came to the actual install they were never on time. The initial design was off by a lot for the mounting space for the ladder kit and they were missing 16 inches in the design. So the whole thing had to be rebuilt because they never considered talking to me before moving forward and decided to put four huge shelves in rather then 5 smaller yet good sized shelves in. All of this is well after I sent them the height and measurement requirements. So because of that they had to rebuild it. They continually talked down to me and my wife about how they wanted to get this job over with and could wait to be done. The actual work they did for the install was horrible. The shelves are uneven and they filled one uneven shelf with filler to make it look even. Anytime my wife asked them to do something slightly different it was just a huge inconvenience for them. Like we were just in their way even tho we're paying them to do this. The paint job was the worst I had ever seen. Poor quality paint and even worse rollers and brushed left lint and fibers all over the front as well as paint all over the floor. Screw holes that I had been told would be filled were never filled in. There is a huge gap towards the bottom where they had to fit the upper and lower half's together and you can see straight through to the back wall behind it due to the 1.5-2 inch gap they they just left there. We were never asked about hardware for the cabinets doors on the bottom and they installed the lowest quality they could fined. In the end I had to redo the whole thing after they left. I sanded the shelf and filled in all the holes and gaps as best as I could except for the big one that you can see right through. There's nothing I can do about that. They were just lazy and had no attention to detail. It's obvious that they are used to basics home repair work and maintenance. Custom install jobs like this are beyond their level of experience and expertise and it was too much for them to handle. Be warned if you decide to use them
was on time, acknowledged appt., good natured and appears skilled from what he was hired for.
He was responsible, honest and detail oriented.
They are prompt, very easy to work with and very knowledgeable on older homes.
