Nate arrived promptly to inspect the crawl space for a new plastic barrier. Not only is Nate a likable fellow, he was professional as he took his time to thoroughly inspect the foundation and crawl space and suggested the work required to address my concerns. Nate took time discussing three levels of repair work, helped me decide which level that was best for my house without pressuring me into a higher level, and communicated clearly the quote and when the work would be done. The quote was very reasonable and he and another worker showed up on time and worked diligently and with the care as if this were his home. I couldn t be more impressed with Triple C Waterproofing. Nate does everything he says he will do. He stays in contact until the job is completed. He follows up after completion on any questions or concerns you have. I've already recommended him to others and have another job for him to do for us in the near future. We were very satisfied and his prices are better than any other quotes we received. We are just thrilled with the outcome. A basement that had leaked (flooded when heavy rain) for too many years to count. Never thought it could be fixed. Nate is great to work with, honest, knowledgeable and price is beyond fair. He did come back as soon as we had a problem with an area leaking and repaired it. Can't beat a lifetime warranty.

Work was performed promptly and professionally. The work consisted of sealing cracks in basement concrete walls. Nate was selective in determining which cracks posed the most likely risk of leakage, taking a 'wait and see" approach on others. I really appreciated this approach. Nate could have made more money, but instead took a practical approach that saved me money.
