Nate was very professional when providing his quote and in the actual work performance when waterproofing our basement. Customer Service was outstanding. Answered my questions patiently and would gladly and quickly make changes when requested regarding the quote. Worked steady until the job was completed. Pricing was fair. Havent had a large rain since completion but believe we are set to be dry. Nate followed the proposed plan to a tee. Went above and beyond to insure everything would guarantee a dry basement. Wish all contractor people would use the same ethics we experienced with Nate and Triple C.

They fixed the concrete wall. But Triple C was not honest with everything regarding the piers. He stated there was no damage when actuality it was upon inspection by another specialist. Triple C was not completely honest. Would definitely not recommend Triple C, or will I use this company again.

They did a great job for us. They are professional and honest. We did an initial estimate and when they determined that all the work wasn't required they came to us and explained what they had found and lowered the price. Would hire again and have already referred them to others.
