Hired Trimac for lawn service. Billed for services they had no intentions of delivering. Did not provide any services for several months, but continued to send bill and cash checks. Complete fraud. Stay away from Trimac. Refuses to return phone calls or emails.

was kind of slow in responding to questions about details before installation. Instillation was quick and done in one day, but they left 14 pallets stacked in the middle of my drive way & 16 bags of trash old sod. I moved the bags so my trash will pick them up . I have contacted Josh twice about the pallets which they get a deposit back from, still have not picked up!

Josh did not deliver on his quoted services. If didn't show up on Fri a.m. as agreed (and I had unlocked gate to side yard) would arrive Sat. a.m. at 7:30 a.m. - right after my scheduled watering time and lawn was wet. Monthly fee was to include fertilization, pest treatments, and weed treatments. I don't know what treatments were done. He offered a schedule - didn't get one; he offered a door tag - didn't get one. But I still continued to pay until his crew cut a wire to my AC unit and he refused to accept responsIbility. That was the last straw. Josh is a Pro when asking for your business, but not in performance or cust. service.

I was amazed when I came home from work and saw my yard. They have only come once so far, but exceeded my expectations. Love Trimac!

We hired Josh & Matt ( Trimac) to resod our lawn. They promise lots and did not deliver. They underestimated the amount of sod and ended up taking sod from a good area of our lawn in order to put it on the area we agreed to. Apologized for the error and put seed down - still looks like hell. They never removed enough sod underneath and we needed to replace our sprinkler heads ( they did not come up high enough anymore) Their grass cutter team were always breaking off sprinkler heads and they took way to long to fix them - I had to call several times. We wasted a lot of water with the broken heads. End ended up cancelling the contract.

The landscaping was completed as promised. I still wish I had more color along the house. Josh was very businesslike and professional. His crew worked very hard and were very neat. I guess my only issue is that I feel it was very expensive considering the type of plants that we selected.

All old grass was removed , however the yard was not leveled very well. None of the workers spoke english. I've watered 4 hours aday. All is looking well, just not too level, maybe it will level out...
