Mr. Sargent gave us a quote, we hired him, and agreed on a start date. He seemed great in all the communication we had leading up to the job. But he did not show up on the start date and did not respond to calls or texts for 4 days. We had to hire someone else. He did eventually apologize.

Great work and good guys to deal with

I was quoted a specific amount after he looked over the house. I showed him the work I had done and that I needed him to do the parts that I could not reach. In a text, I made sure to let him know the exact parts I could not reach. The next day he quoted $50 more and I agreed. He did the work with at least one partner the following Saturday and they were done around 4pm. I came over with a check for the agreed amount and I looked around at their work. I pointed out the side that did not get cleaned and he agreed to clean that after I gave him the check and left. When I came back to take pictures, I noticed that the back of the house was not cleaned, but their are fingerprint smudges along with the top of the window and the highest two or three siding panels that I could not reach were not cleaned. As well, the side that was really dirty, they did do a decent job on it, but as you can see from the image, there is still a lot of dirt on there. I understand this was not an easy job, but...

I hired tri state home repair to replace my whole roof in Tin. They did a fantastic job and was so friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone who is needing handy man jobs and a roof replacement.
