This group cleans better than I do. Very diligent and through in every area. Perform requested duties at a 10 star level. Professional & very pleasant presents very clean , polite & trustworthy. Would recommend them without question.

After three times of service, contractor became unwilling to continue service on the date and at the time we agreed to when I hired them, and claimed they had not agreed to a particular time. The owner, Kelly, said it was not convenient for her. When I was unable to meet THEIR schedule, they “fired” me. Also, two times out of three cleanings I was dissatisfied with the work. The floor cleaning was not done very well at any time - when wiping up spills after cleaning had been done, the spill PLUS grayish dirt came up on the Lysol Cleaning wipe. When I contacted the owner about remaining hard water stains on the sink and bathroom faucets, she said it would “take several cleanings” before it was gone, and that they might not even be able to clean it completely. They used some unknown product. My husband took care of the problem in one cleaning using CLR remover. The company also missed cleaning some items that I advised them of and did not properly clean other things. The owner admitted that the items had been missed or not cleaned properly but did not apologize or offer a discount to correct the problems. I could deal with some lazy cleaning, but not the scheduling issue. Any company that agrees to a schedule and then does not keep it because it’s INCONVENIENT and further says they never agreed to it, and further left me up a creek by not showing up for a cleaning the owner had confirmed the previous evening, deserves a ZERO star review. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone.

They were prompt in responding, showed up when they said they would and were willing to be flexible with our schedule.

Kelly has a hard working and reliable crew. They are conscientious; very pleased with them; Tri State has our cleaning service for some time now. I would recommend them.

These were the two hardest working folks I have ever met. Cordial, friendly yet totally professional. And the results....wow! Iwholeheartedly recommend them without any reservations.

Kelly and her team are wonderful. They always come and do a great job of cleaning my home. I have three boys and it's no small task to get this place clean. They do a great job. Very courteous and professional.

Kelly scrubbed my severely stained bathtub for 45 minutes and made it bright white again. Her partner Tina & her work in perfect harmony. They went far beyond the expected with cleaning my grubby kitchen cabinets, woodwork, window sills, ceiling fan and AC/heat vents & even the cobb webs on the cathedral ceiling. They use the correct cleaning products for the job. Will use yours also if you prefer. They left the house shiny, sparkling and smelling fresh when finished. I highly recommend them for a efficient job well done.

Kelly and her crew are very professional and courteous. These hard-working gals did a thorough dusting and cleaning job and left the floors shining. Their price was reasonable, and I would hire them again.
