We were interested in the foam insulation but after reviewing the cost/benefit ratio with the contractor we decided to go ahead with a cellulose blown in product. Tri-state contractors did excellent work with minimal disruption. They even managed to move our project date up from the originally scheduled date before the Really cold weather hit. Great Job. We highly recommend there services.

Titus Martin, owner, helped us keep our costs down by making some terrific suggestions. He showed up promptly, the crew did the job, and cleaned up before leaving. There is none better than Tri State Builders! AND the bonus is the foam is a green product! No worries about breathing caustic vapors. Titus is terrific, I will use him again!

After having a door blower test at my home I decided to use foam insulation to fix an air travel problem. I selected Tri-State Builders.as my contractor to remove the blown insulation and replace with Foam insulation. First impression was Mr. Martin would be the contractor for the job. . He inspected my basement, interior & exterior walls and attic .He listened to the concerns I had and gave me a few scenarios to consider. Work started in a timely manor, price was fair and the work quality was excellent. The crew cleaned up after themselves everyday. My home had a few problems but the crew was able to fix and complete on the agreed date.

I was impressed by the work of the contractors. They were prompt, friendly, and very skilled at installing the foam and cleaning up. The cost was extremely reasonable, and the foam is wonderful.
