These guys are amazing. Extremely professional and truly care about the final result. After the spray foam installation was done. They noticed that a small detail around some ductwork was missed that I never would have seen or noticed. They offered to take money off of the bill or come back out and redo that section. I asked them to make the decision on what they would do if it was their place and they basically came back out and spent another day doing that as well as some extra work to other areas of the home. The bill never changed. Simply put... I feel like I was treated better than fair and I will recommend them to everyone. I have several other home projects/renovations in the works and they have my business when that time arrives. Incredibly honest and quality workmanship here!!!

The entire process was absolutely painless. I obtained 3 bids to complete the spray foam insulation process and based on the competitive price and the professionalism when they were determining their cost, I went with Tri-State. Everything they told us from the dates of installation to the total cost was exactly as they promised. This was a two story timber frame carriage house with numerous exposed posts and beams and exposed rafters. I was very concerned about getting the foam on the timber structure and ruining the look of the building. Tri-State assured me they would take the steps necessary to protect the exposed timbers. They spent at least one and a half days wrapping the timbers with plastic, cardboard, and painters tape. Then and only then did they start the spray foam project. After the foam had cured, they removed all the excess foam and the previously installed protective coverings and cleaned the entire building broom clean. Much to my amazement, their was not any spray foam on the timbers, rafters, floors, or steps. The entire building is sealed and ready to finish. Tri-State did a fantastic job from beginning to end.

From day one of consultation visit, I knew I wanted to hire Tri-State to replace insulation. The main PM, Steve was very knowledgeable, compassionate, and really empathized to understand my needs. Day of the project, Steve and the crew showed up fully prepped and even took in the consideration for damage to the common area with the trucks being parked out in front of the house. Entire process was seamless without any issues and any concerns were addressed properly and my questions were responded satisfactorily. Even with minor mishap of damage to the ceiling; I was more concerned about health of the crew rather than property damages as I knew Steve and his team had my best interest to successfully complete the project. I am very pleased with the outcome and I do not need to worry about heat waves or warnings anymore since I know my R value increased by ten-folds. It s nice and comfy on my third floor now all thanks to Tri-State team. I strongly recommend this team to anyone whether it s residential or commercial. I felt strongly that this company worked very well with all the concerns that we had in using foam insulation. They were always available by phone or text to alleviate our worries. Because of the empathy that they showed towards us, I would strongly recommend them to anyone else. They not only installed, insulation but they also enlarged the outside access to the crawl space, which was an issue that we ve had for a very long time when anyone works in the crawlspace.
