They did a great job with the egress window. It was done well. What I was not happy with is the amount of debris left behind from the old egress and workers.

Equipment broke down and did the complete project by old method. They delayed the stated start date to fix equipment. I don't feel the result was as professional as should have been. Clean up left by them in overspray was difficult.

Most of the employees were conscientious Work lasted about a week and was the installation of a waterproofing system in my interior basement. The cement over the drain is very uneven with the existing flooring in much of the area. No way could carpet be used after this. Anyone contemplating this same kind of work should specify floor must be level and ask to see actual material covering the walls, not just pictures to avoid surprises. Clearly much of my disappointment would have been avoided if I had been more fastidious in my specifications and investigations.

I was given a good walk thru of what was needed prior to the estimate. I was shown available options with different prices and wasn't pushed in any direction. They set up an arrival date. They committed to two days worth of work to finish the job and they gave me an estimate. All three promises were met. A week later we had a big rain. . . .and I heard my new sump pump kick in for the first time. I'd hire Tri-State, again, in a minute.
