I cannot speak highly enough about their customer service and professionalism. We reached out to them to replace a new pool liner and they not only got back to us right away but sent a team to measure the very same afternoon. Everyone we spoke to and worked with were so friendly, informative and helpful. If I could give them 6 out of 5 stars I would.

Tri M was efficient from beginning to end. They were very clear about what the job entailed and all the costs involved. They were extremely knowledgeable and sent me a very realistic estimate very quick. They installed a beautiful new liner in our swimming pool - and it looks fantastic!! I highly recommend them.

They would have had a better rating if they had done everything in the contract in a more timely manner. Found that one component was neglected. It was satisfactorily completed the following week.
