Write a ReviewMy overall experience with Tri-M Pools was incredible! I just moved out to East Hampton 2 years ago and didn't know what pool company to hire. A couple of my friends out here told me that Tri M Pools was the way to go and they were not lying! Very professional, efficient, and great with communication. I recommend them to everyone!
Hired Tri M pool company to have a new liner installed. It is been leaking ever since it the installation. A employee from Tri M come to my home to do weekly service, he put in bad chemical in my pool and damage my pool heater. I was charged for service by the person and Tri M at the opening of my pool. I did not know that both were coming over and was billed by both people.
This is from 2018. We sent Mrs to collections and this is her retaliation. A fired employee went to her house and opened her pool and collected cash from her. We had no idea as she always paid with a credit card which was authorized in a signed agreement between us. Mrs. had a liner installed. All was good. Her previous company had never checked the Ph and the heat exchange damage was discovered after the liner was installed and filled with water. We replaced the heater for her at a discount because we had changed the liner and felt bad as she was pleading hardship. We told her the lines were leaking also, and needed to be repaired. As she rents the house all summer she did not care to spend money to fix this.
A remarkable service oriented as well as technical knowledge that surpassed any pool company ive worked with in the last 20 years..outstanding in every way!
Joel, Barbara and entire crew were excellent in replacing my liner. They were responsive and always available to address any questions or concerns. No brainer, I'd use them for anything pool related. Thank you
Joel who "runs the place" is outstanding. My hero! I'm taking him out for dinner when I get back to the Hamptons.
