Alex repaired my refrigerator when the fan was broken and frozen over. Though there was more ice needing removal (and therefore more time on the repair), he did not charge me for his additional work that was needed. His response time for the repair was quick and efficient. I will definitely be using Tri-Lakes Appliance Repair for any further repair work needed.

This company performed the work as expected. It was an ice maker replacement. However, I was the one who had to reach out for appointments, scheduling, and reconfirmation of the appointment after the part had been delivered to the business. I felt like I was working more to accomplish my need than this business. Proactive communication and customer service are ways this could have been a better experience. This business had no problem immediately asking for my deposit for future work to be performed but then I had to do the work to ask for status and scheduling. This "pro" was about 15 dollars cheaper than a couple of other quotes, but my time is much more valuable than that small amount I saved by using this company.

He came the day after we made contact about our washing machine. He was on time and gave us an honest evaluation of the work that needed to be done and the cost. We decided to get a new machine rather than get it fixed. The machine was almost 30 years old.
