Had several estimates and Tri-county was the lowest, nearly 1/3 of the highest. Plus they were highly rated by previous clients. They showed up on time and the results were excellent. I ended up paying $115 more than the agreed price and tipped the 2 workers $20 each. Iâ d give them 6 â ï¸ !

Scott was very friendly, efficient and did a wonderful job. He contacted me immediately, set up an appointment to do the job in a timely manner for a very fair price. Im selling my house and wanted it looking perfect for the pictures and Scott helped me accomplish that. Do not hesitate hiring this company! Very professional, dependable and fair!

Tri-County, Pressure Washing cleaned our roof and our house. The roof was installed seven years ago. And had a lot of streaks and discoloration. The house and the roof now looks incredible! The roof looks as good as it did the day it was done seven years ago! My wife and I could not be happier! The professionalism of the owner and his team was so greatly appreciated!!
