Ben is a well educated, communicative and reasonable arborist. Answered all my questions, and I had plenty with 19 tress. Cleaned up completely. Very reasonable prices. Didn't tell me it would be $250. to $300. before he even saw the projects which other services did. Will absolutely hire again. A pleasure to work with and look forward to working with him again.

Once they came over, Took two weeks after payed half of the quote. The job was done mostly good. Clean up was done very good.

They demonstrated extensive species-specific knowledge about the tree we asked them to work on, and were able to make productive, reasonable recommendations about the work. They were very communicative, professional, and I would recommend them highly.

They made a tough job look easy. I needed two trees felled in a tight space and they nailed it. I just had Artisans drop the trees across my driveway and into the front yard. I took care of cutting everything to fireplace size and cleaning up and hauling away the debris. Next time I'll have them do the whole job. (A sadder man but wiser now...) I still have two stumps to grub out. Oh baby. The reason I did not give them 5 on Customer Service is they were pretty slow on responding to contact requests. I found Ben to be a very pleasant person.

Started fine. Ben had to drop a limb into my neighbor's yard. He statred sawing it up, but was uncomfortable when the dog came out. Promised to come back the next day and finish the job. I had to go over to neigh or's yard and throw everything into my yard. Left Ben 3 messages to come clear branches that was part of the agreed on price. A month later and I still haven't heard from him. Strong reccommendation to others NOT to pay him until the work is completely done. Very unsatisfied.
