My problem was with the cost I felt that 450.00 for one big tree limb was two much. The worker was friendly and did his job in a timily manner. Was here about a hour that is pretty good money for that short of time.

Years in college for tree climbing and health, millions in equipment, years of experience is worth $450. $450 won't even buy a simple saw... glad you were happy! Rather you be upset that we are too much money than I destroyed your home. God Bless!

Though Tree Docs cut the tree down, they did not fulfill their promise given directly by the owner and brochure for "Full cleanup after every job. We strive to leave your lawn as we found it!". The tree was left sitting in our yard as well as our NEIGHBOR'S yard for A WEEK! The owner would not return our phone calls/voicemails and I had to contact ServiceMagic's corporate office to finally get him to return our calls. He left us a voicemail clearly stating that he would be by the next morning to remove the tree...never happened. My husband had to call the city to come remove the tree. Tree Docs also left massive ruts in our yard. Do NOT use!

That is not how we operate! if debree was left thats because that is how it was bid and agreed. If we charge for haul off and clean up thats what we do. if we only discuss getting the tree on the ground safely because you can't afford haul off, no haul off thats what we do. highly recommend haveing your parents handle your business!
