I have used TrashWise on 3 HUGE jobs over the last couple of years. Every time Tamara and her crew did a great job. You would be surprised how many companies are out there that don't COMPLETE the job. It so happens that I called on all 3 occasions at the last minute. Tamara was quick to respond each time. They showed up on time, were professional, and exceeded expectations. They have done everything from deep cleaning of NEVER UPDATED homes to mold removal & handling to demo haul off. They even cleared a barn full of things I don't want to think about. Mad Respect!

I was given an estimate for $225.00 and when they got to our house they added another $30.00. Then when my husband told them he did not have it, then they said they could not take the couch. He told her alright because we needed the furniture removed. By the time we got ready to pay the amount was 286.00. Then they asked for a tip!.

I informed the customer that the couches were much larger than they appeared to be on the pictures. that it would be an extra 30.00. He never mentioned he did not have the extra $30.00 was $255.00 tax$ 21.03,credit card fee 10.76 =$286.79.When you use Square with a credit card it automatically gives you the option to tip.I said you can tip the worker or bypass it.So,really feel like the customer should have contacted me to see what happened.However,you can't pleased everyone.I never misled any customer.Im always upfront and forward.

Repair Brick or Stone Flatwork

I had an existing patio kitchen and paver stones it sat on. This company did a great job of demo'ing the kitchen, removing the paver stones and hauling everything off. Great price too.

We're committed to maintaining a network of trusted home service businesses, and those who don't meet our criteria will be rejected or promptly removed from our network.

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Verify Trade License HomeAdvisor checks to see if the business carries the appropriate state-level license. Verify Insurance As a part of our screening process, we encourage professionals to carry general liability insurance. We require coverage for hundreds of services. Verification of State Business Filings For business types that require a Secretary of State filing, we confirm that the business is in good standing in the state in which it is located. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
