Unfortunately, this is set up for just fence work. Jake did a gut and remodel and partiallybuilt a deck! He did not get it right and then he walked. He put post covers on, sent me pictures showing them on, then took them off and left them off. He didn't do the railing as instructed and said I couldn't use the boards we used on the deck for railings that were 5.5" wide. Said I needed wider and had me order 12" wide, then did a sloppy job with a lot of unfinished work that he took money for up front and the balance was paid because he said all work was finished and I was staying 400 miles away from where the house is. He said he would make things right, then walked away and refuses to answer my messages and phone calls. There were also things he took money for but never did the work, but kept all the funds. He took $350 payment to install a solar attic fan, that is still sitting in a box. A few lights and the stove vent he installed do not work.

His work is so good that my neighbor even hired him! How cool is that! I would hire him again and again. I highly recommend him!
