They were just great. They replaced our double oven and took away the old one. They arrived on time. They were friendly and efficient. We had a bit of trouble finding any installer to do the job. For starters it's a two man job. In addition, our new oven came directly from the manufacturer. Places such as Lowe's wouldn't install it because we hadn't purchased it from them.

Eddy was extremely helpful in repairing an appliance that I thought may be beyond repair, as well as providing good, economical advice on the approach to repairing a second appliance. I felt that he was trying to give me the most practical advice, even though it meant a lesser amount of work for him. I highly recommend him - particularly if you have appliances that are off warranty that nobody seems to want to touch.

I had 2 other appliance guys over to look at my KitchenAid pop up exhaust fan and neither could come up with a solution. One suggested I buy a new unit and the other one just gave up. Eduardo set an appointment up with me 2 weeks earlier and was right on time the day he said he would be here. He was very thorough with the repair and it took a while to find the problem but he did! He did not give up and thanks to him it cost me a fraction of what a new unit would have cost. His rates are very reasonable. Ed is my new go to guy on all my appliances and I would highly recommend him to my friends and family!
