"We got off to rough start. My gate wouldn t let them in. My bad. They rescheduled easily. Moms stove and washer are older models. They were able to locate scarce parts and got them both back up running like new. Two trips out and parts were less then expected. Would hire again first thing"

"Ulysses from Valley Handyman was truly great to work with. He replaced the control panel on my Viking refrigerator, and while it initially worked, the fix unfortunately only lasted about a day. Ulysses promptly returned, got it running again, but after another 24 hours the refrigerator stopped cooling once more. Instead of giving up, Ulysses went above and beyond. He installed a monitoring device in the refrigerator and closely tracked its performance over several days. In total, he came back five or six times trying to diagnose and resolve the issue. His persistence and commitment were impressive. Eventually, I decided to bring in a Viking specialist, who determined that the cost to fully repair the refrigerator would exceed what I wanted to invest. I explained the situation to Ulysses and requested a full refund of approximately $1,100. Without any hassle whatsoever, Ulysses and Valley Handyman refunded the entire amount."
