Frank has been prompt and fulfilled his commitment to doing a good job. When the rep sent to service my pool did a sub-standard job, Frank came himself and did an excellent job. Thus far we are very pleased with the service we have received.

First appointment great communication and service. Really knows his stuff. We agreed for him to come back 3 days later for additional services. He never showed up or called. I called and he made another appointment to come 4 days later on a Saturday due to our location. He no showed again and did not even bother to call us. We were really disappointed there was no follow or calls explaining what happened and why we could not get serviced . Which we are very understanding folks. Especially during this time we are going through. We were really excited with first service. Totally disappointed with scheduling future services. 
