I received multiple quotes from various companies. Top Shield Roofing was my choice. Ashley responded immediately to my request and Carlos came to my home and quoted me on the spot and their prices were very competitive. They adjusted their schedule and work was done ontime. They also did a very good cleanup job afterwards. I was surprised that they did not request a deposit. Payment upon completion. Very rare to see this. I would highly recommend to anyone or any company to use them.

Carlos and Ashley are great. Very professional team. Carlos and his crew did impeccable work. He was able to complete the job a few days earlier than anticipated.

The office team that handled my communication was very polite and easy to communicate with. The team that came to do the job had a very positive attitude, and I felt were easy to work with. When I couldnâ t find anybody to help me with my job, this company stood up to the plate and worked the day before Thanksgiving and did a fantastic job. THEY DID NOT EVEN TELL ME THEY CHANGE OF PLANS. DID SOMETHING SOOOOO MINIMAL AND SLOPPY. THEIR WERE DRIPS OF PUDDY ALL OVER THE EXTERIOR AND IT DRIPPED AND DRIED DROOPY WHICH WAS JUST PAINTING WITH SILICONE WHEN I PAID FOR A MUCH MORE ADVANCED JOB. THEY THEN HAD ALL THEIR EMPLOYEES MEET AT MY HOME OUTSIDE TO TRANSFER LOADS OF MATERIALS AND THE LOT WAS FULL OF WORKERS. THEY ALSO ONLY REDUCED THE PRICE BY LESS THAN 300 REDUCTION. THE AREA LEAKED!!!! FTER A LITTLE RAIN!!! THEN THE OWNER TEXTED AND CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES HARRASSING ME TRYING TO MANIPULATE ME TO DO MORE WORK WHEN OUR WORK TIME WAS ALREADY DISRUPTED. WE WERE ALREADY EXTREMLY UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THEM HOW COULD HE THINK WE WOULD TRUST HIM TO COME BACK! WE TRIED TO COMPROMISE AND GET 1/2 REFUND AND THEY IGNORED US!!!

The company reps and workers were very professional and very respectful. They were careful when they had to enter my momâ s home before during and after the repairs and they were extremely careful walking on the tile roof. We are very happy with the service. The team arrived exactly when they scheduled. They finished promptly and there were no surprises. I highly recommend Top Shield Roofing.

Workers seemed obtuse from knowing what was the scope after numerous discussions with the manager, so recommend being present. But the work was done efficiently. Courteous and professional.
