Chris began our project for gutters and downspouts damaged by the North Texas deep freeze, without assumption. He examined our house and made several observations and asked many questions. He shared his assessment with us and recommended a solution to every issue. It would have been easier to Tell us we needed a complete replacement like two other contractors but he did not. His crew worked quickly and cleanly. Our gutters and downspouts are all working as they should with several Improvements and inexpensive upgrades. I highly recommend Top of the Gutter to anyone needing advise who wants a professional who provides excellent service and value for your expenditure.

Noah and Chris were very friendly. They took time to explain everything about the materials they use, how everything would be installed, and the workmanship and materials warranty. I'm very happy with the care and customer service provided, and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Top of the Gutter is a fabulous company! Absolutely top notch customer service! They are trustworthy, dependable, responsive, knowledgeable, punctual and cleaned up so well afterwards that you'd never know they were there. Chris and his team really care that their clients are treated fairly and given a fair price for quality products and superior workmanship. Chris is very personable, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. And, an educator, too! Because he took time to thoroughly explain what to expect from start to finish, I was able to quickly eliminate 4 other companies who seemed more interested in either up-selling or in a hurry to move onto the next sale. Chris was more concerned about giving me what was actually needed. On installation day I left shortly after the Top of the Gutter crew arrived. I returned the next day to find to my delight that they delivered everything they promised. Other than those fabulous new gutters, I could not tell they had been there at all!

Had an issue with the run off of our home. Chris recognized issue and took time to evaluate best options to correct the problem.

From the time Chris walked up to our house, he had the heart of a teacher, clearly showing me what he was going to do and what materials he was going to use. They are a employee owned company so quality matters to them and they don"t use inferior materials and a great warranty they even fixed a few bad spots on existing gutter at no charge.GREAT JOB
