If you have a remodeling project Jim and his colleagues at Top Notch Remodeling should be your first phone call to quote the job. He's incredibly detail oriented, thorough, is communicative, impeccable craftsmanship, keeps a clean work area, and truly cares about the project(s) and doing his best. I first hired Jim to remove an old wood burning stove which was completed successfully - within the budget and time frame quoted. Through this work (because he had to replaster), Jim became an adviser of sorts alerting me to additional issues that needed to be addressed ie. water entering the home and drywall cracks, work that was beyond the scale and time limitations of my renovation timeline and Top Notch availability. I cannot thank Jim enough for saving me thousands of dollars in "symptom" work that would have had to be redone once a full repair was realized and commissioned. Since then, I've hired Top Notch to update my screened in porch, cap and replace the downspouts, installing a new toilet, changing faucets, and more. Each job is done with precision and care all while maintaining budget and timeliness. I canâ t say enough of how pleased we are with the end result. We had water damage and mold from a roof leak on the ceiling of one of our bedrooms. Jim (owner) was very professional and flexible to work around our schedule to complete the repair. We had 3 other estimates and Top Notch was the easy choice. Top Notch is the perfect company name as it represents their top notch service and work! I would not hesitate to recommend Too Notch to anyone. I know we have more projects and we will be using Top Notch again.

He is flexible and is able to work with my schedule. He communicates well during the project; and, if any issues arise he stops to get approval before moving forward. A plus is that he is great with pets!!! Honest, dependable, and trustworthy.
