We used Top Notch this spring and in the fall. They did a fantastic job each time! They were very thorough, and addressed all we asked for every time. The price was very reasonable for the amount of hard work done. Very kind people and very responsive. I will use them again and refer others. Top Notch is a good name because they really are just that. Such hard workers who provide fantastic service and terrific results. Everything looks great!!!!!
