Replaced damaged roof. They worked with insurance company and took care of all the issues. On day of construction, crew of 18 arrived with all equipment and supplies. It took 4 hours till completion. Everything was cleared away. Roof looks great.

Topdown put a new roof on my daughter?s house and she was very satisfied with their results. When my wife and I needed a new roof, we checked reviews and chose them. They worked very well with our insurance company and installation began. They did an excellent job and cleaned up completely afterwards. Then problems began. We had given them checks for our deductible and for our solar panels reinstallation, so we thought that no further bills would come. But we received a further bill for $3600! We phoned them and they said that we would receive a further check from our insurance company to cover it. I asked whether we would receive any more bills and they said no. When the check came, it was for $5000! I thought that our insurance had given us extra for our solar panels. We soon received another bill for $1400 from Topdown! We finally reached agreement and I paid the $1400. The billing department was very unprofessional and failed to explain their alternative billing. They sent us tw

I got a flat tire and Troy helped me change it! So many people passed by without helping but he was kind enough to stop and help! Absolutely support his business and support local!

Terrible communication. Would not recommend if you value your time or communication. The crew that was contracted by Top Down did a great job on the install but that is the only positive out of my experience.
