Steve was my first contact with Tool Tap and he was fantastic. Steve was involved from the minute we did the initial roof walk al the way to the delivery and then then some. He stopped by before and after demo, during the install and after the dust settled and took care of a few things he felt needed attention. everyone was on time and kept the job-site clean. No hidden costs and great communicator. These guys represent the homeowner well through the insurance process if necessary. Thank you Steve at Tool Tap!

A few hidden cost but acceptable.
Response from Company:
He was charged $375 for 100 feet of Rotted Ridge beam that was found when Ridge tiles were removed. Unfortunately rotted wood is not something we can see until the tiles and old underlayment are removed.

Steve was very helpful dealing with our insurance carrier. He got them to agree on a second inspection. Thanks to the reinspection, we were able to get full replacement coverage. Our out of pocket payment was much lower than we anticipated. Thanks Ken and Lea

Steve Mitchem and Tool Tap, LLC was a Godsend! I planned on getting 3 estimates for my roof replacement and I started with Tool Tap. We had never filed a claim before so I didn't know what to do, but Steve was so knowledgeable and helped me with my insurance claim. He met with the insurance adjuster and took care of everything! The crew did a great job, the roof looks great and I couldn't be happier!! I highly recommend Steve and Tool Tap, LLC! They are pofessional, always on time, respectful and very thorough!!

Very professional in all stages of work. Once job started it was very organized and time well spent. Clean up after each day was wonderful too. They did not collect the balance until I was completely satisfied.
