He also called me as soon after I requested someone to put in my ceiling fans. He gave me a time for the next day. He was punctual and installed both ceiling fans with the lights. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing. Everything works, and he said that if I had any issues with them after he left, to call and he would come back out and fix them. I would definitely call Edward for any future projects.

Contractor contacted me seconds after I hit the enter button (the request process). I called on Friday evening. We schedule for him to install a ceiling fan on Monday morning. He was a little late, but made up for it with his pleasant personality. I knew installing the ceiling would be a task. My house was built in 1920-1930. The light fixture was the original light. The contractor was able to install with no problem. I now have a well run ceiling fan with plenty of light and a great circulation of air. I live in Baltimore City. I would definitely use him again. I have already asked him to give me an estimate on a deck project.

Ed was very detailed and neat. It did not take very long for him to complete the project.

Quick, easy, inexpensive. Had a leaking/icy window unit they cleaned out and did some 2x4 magic with, looks good and it's working perfectly.
