They do amazing work! I changed my mind numerous times throughout the project and they just smiled and changed the plan. I also added details and work along the way and they adjusted their schedules and fit in everything I asked for. I couldn't ask for better people to work with! I have them on speed dial and will keep them busy in the future.

Did not seem experienced.
Response from Company:
I met with the wife of this client and she explained that the lawn service they have is going to fast and tearing the hill. I then asked her how high she wanted the lawn cut and her response was " well as you can see he cuts it to high... I told her most of my clients go with mower on 4 unless its real tall, I cut at 6 and some clients like 6 . However cause she said it was to tall I decided to cut at 4. When I was almost done cutting the lawn her husband shows up and walking in the house just say's ..." you cut it to short " and walks in house. He calls me back the next day and says we are cancelling you service cause you cut the grass to low and there was some clippings of grass in the mulch. a week later he post this rating. I attempted to call to discuss cause I am running a business and want to know why a client is not happy with service and to see what I can do to correct this and no answer.

I hired Ed and his team to rebuild an old deck. His quote was better than any other contractor and he used composite instead of wood. He kept us informed on the progress and always arrived at the time he he said he would. He also fixed a few other things while he was here. The finished deck was amazing. I have already discussed other projects with Ed. Tool Box has become our go to contractor. I have already reccomanded Tool Box to neighbors, friends and family. We look forward to working with Ed and his crew again.

Did not do work as stated in the contract. Requested that certain items not be moved and they were moved anyway, causing me to have someone to come in and fix the problem.
