Tomas is not dependable. Doesn?t show up when he says he will, doesn?t respond to texts. Really aggravating to deal with. I don?t care how good his work is, I would never hire him.

Tomas Martinez from Strategic Plumbing did an exceptional installation of a new water heater. His plumbing expertise was obvious when he answered several of my questions. He works quickly, neatly and his professionalism is apparent in the high quality of his work. I definitely would recommend him for plumbing projects.

Tomas showed up after hours, made a special trip to the supply house to get the desired fixture design. He showed up on time and finished the work effectively and fast. He was professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend him.

I have held off updating my rating of Tomas Martinez DBA Strategical plumbing to give him a chance to fulfill obligations. He was hired to repair or replace an outdoor gas line to a firepit after a gas leak was detected by the gas co. He assured me he would repaired the leak, so a new patio and fire pit was installed on top of the gas line. In less than a year the gas co. discovered a gas leak in the same area as before. I gave This plumber plenty of time to fix his mess, but he refused to pay for the patio repairs. The gas co said we were VERY Lucky we did not have an explosion. We went to arbitration and I was awarded compensation. He was given 2 weeks to pay but hasn't paid. How CA. gave this guy a Lic. to do business is beyond me. The contractors board site says his BOND has been suspended. Sounds like he has more problems!

Answered the phone and gave us the best service when we needed it. Tomas listened to what we had to say and got the job done.

Prompt, courteous and efficient service. Fixed our drain problem and also gave us some help with other projects. Would use this service again without hesitation. Rates were reasonable and no charges added after initial quote. Would highly recommend him.

I had a plumbing emergency at 6:30am in the morning. I found Tomas on Home Advisor and he was at my house in less than an hour. Great service. I would recommend and use him again.
