Every part of this project was perfection from the moment of selection of Tom Jackson, to completion of the fan installation. The response to my request was on the day I requested information. I couldn't decide whether to get a remote fan, or non, and Mr. Jackson thought the remote would be more to my liking. Sure enough, I told him the purchase would be delivered Monday, and leaving a message that it had come in as expected, I was able to have it installed the following day. Shane installed it to perfection, and once the remote was in my hand, I was so glad I listened to Tom in selecting this fan. I highly recommend the professionalism in dealing with the experts because the results gave complete satisfaction and assurance that all was done correctly. Worth every penny!

Good guys, got the job done

I called them told them my problem and they told they could be there in two hours. Two hours later they were here working on the problem. Two guys both seemed to know what they were doing. Within 45 minutes they found the problem and fixed it. Thanks....!!!!!

Mr. Jackson responded almost immediately to my inquiry. His son came to my home to ascertain the work I wanted done. I got much more value for my money than the last company I called. And my job was done in a timely and efficient manner. For my next project I will be calling Mr. Jackson again.

They responded to my request for work right away, they worked with me as what time was good for me and they came right away and did the work professionally. The only thing I would ask them to do next time is to put a drop cloth down, even though my condo was under construction the bathroom was 90% done and when they installed lighting in the tub area i just wished they put down a drop cloth in the tub to collect all the pieces of sheet rock that fell and also on top of the toilet needed a drop cloth other then that I would hire them back in a flash.

Tom called shortly after I explored the Home Advisor website. Set up appointment for estimate and the actual work very quickly. Workmen called and let me know what time they would arrive. Arrived on time. Courteous and well-mannered. Work completed in less time than estimated. A little pricey but attic fan is working fine.
