Having tried to call around to other companies not listed on Home Advisor, I was ecstatic to connect with Timothy! I received a phone call immediately after being connected with him, and he answered all of my questions pertaining to his service. I was able to schedule an appointment for that week on a saturday. He messaged me prior to the appointment and said he was on the way which was wonderful; we didn't have to wonder whether he would be on time. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and got to work. He was very friendly and got to work immediately. My husband and he were able to chat back and forth, and ultimately our air ducts are now clean and looking as they should. After moving into our house, it was evident that it didn't matter how much we cleaned...the problem with dust was coming from the ducts. Not long after Timothy had cleaned the ducts we were able to tell the difference. The house smelled better! The difference it made was clear. Now, we don't see a layer of dust forming on the furniture the day after we've cleaned. I would absolutely recommend Timothy's services as we were so satisfied with the whole experience. From the initial communication to the end product, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Plus, some companies charge per vent in a room; Timothy charged us a flat rate of $300. It was nice to know that the price of his services wasn't going to rise when he saw the condition of the system. Cannot say enough good things about his services.

My house smelled better after the first vent was cleaned. My house prior to the vents being cleaned, smelled like mildew. Now it smells like disinfectant. Smells clean. The quality of air you breathe really is important.

Timothy showed up on time, talked to me about what he was going to do, was very professional and personable. He was here 4 hours, worked the entire time, even fixed some of my duct work for no additional charge. I never knew just how much junk was in the vents until I heard it all coming out when he vacuumed! He uses an amazing deodorizer that smells Clean not like a pine tree or peach! I actually ordered some from Amazon and will use it in my vents and filters. Im telling everyone I know in town to use him and get their vents clean! It was an eye opener for sure.
