I found Timeless Pools through Angis. We did not even know if it was possible to put a pool in our small yard. Colton was very patient and knowledgable about the whole process. He helped us decide on all of the features and put in his own genius into making this a beautiful pool! His father, Tom. came during the really important steps and got in the ground and did a lot of the work. We are so happy with how it turned out! We are so glad the we chose Timeless Pools!

Before choosing Timeless Pools, my wife and I undertook a thorough and meticulous research process, carefully evaluating several companies. We were aware of the reputation of some pool builders in Utah, who often left their customers with half-finished or poorly built pools. We spoke with individuals who needed immediate repairs upon completing their pool. Our due diligence was a necessary step, given that Utah has made it easy for landscape companies to enter the pool business. We interviewed several pool builders and their customers and received multiple bids. It was clear to us which companies were more focused on saving themselves money, convenience, or lacked experience, and we were able to rule them out. We had some builders try to convince us to put the pool equipment next to our house so they wouldnâ t have to run the power and gas lines. One even suggested we put the pool right next to our home. Our thorough research process gave us the confidence to make the right choice, and we felt well-informed about our decision. When we met Colton and Tom from Timeless Pools, we were immediately struck by their professionalism and experience. Having built hundreds of pools in California, they expanded to Utah. Their expertise and dedication to their craft were evident, and we were confident they were the right choice for us. Building a pool is a significant investment, and it is like building a house, with all the plumbing, electrical work, foundation, and finished work. Their crew are indeed artisans, and we were deeply impressed by their meticulous attention to detail, always with levels in hand, ensuring everything was perfect. Our finished pool looks precisely like the three-D renderings and design they showed us initially, a testament to their professionalism and commitment to quality.

My family and I, want to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional work Timeless Pools and team have done on our recent pool project. From start to finish, the level of professionalism and attention to detail demonstrated has truly exceeded our expectations. Our pool project began with another pool contractor and it was a complete nightmare. Timeless Pools and team came to the rescue changing our horrible experience into one that was pleasurable and worth while. Tom, Cindy, and team, your commitment to quality was evident in every phase of the project. The thoroughness with which you addressed every aspect of the construction, from the initial design consultation to the final touches, has resulted in a pool that is both aesthetically stunning and functionally perfect. Your team's ability to seamlessly integrate our vision with practical solutions showcases not only your expertise but also your dedication to delivering excellence. What particularly impressed us was your meticulous attention to detail. Each element of the pool, from the tile work to the landscaping, reflects a high standard of craftsmanship that is rare to find. Your willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the project was executed flawlessly has not gone unnoticed. We are thrilled with the final result and the impact it has had on our outdoor space. Beyond your technical skills, your professionalism and clear communication made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. You consistently kept us informed and addressed any questions or concerns promptly, which made a significant difference in our overall experience. Tom, Cindy, and the entire Timeless Pool Team, thank you once again for your outstanding work. We are delighted with our new pool and will certainly recommend your services to others. Please extend our gratitude to your entire team for their hard work and dedication.

Timeless Pools did a great job on our pool install. We had some delays along the way because of permits and other things, but they were able to solve all our problems to our satisfaction and build us a beautiful backyard pool.

Run, don't walk away from this company. Apparently they used to treat customers well, as I was referred to them by a former coworker. I had an excruciatingly terrible experience with them. I had a contract for them to pretty much completely rebuild my pool, add a spa and do some landscaping. The pool looks fine but there are many, many aspects of the build which have been a disaster. Here's a short list: No drain caps were installed in the spa, there are not jets all around the spa, only on one side, there are cracks in every section of coping around the pool. There are 2 large cracks in the cement steps into my slider (I know cement can crack but these are ridiculous), there was a leak in the spa (they finally fixed this after about 5 tries), The water inlet was initally not attached and the gas line not upgraded, the pool solar was not initially attached either, there is a large rusted pipe sticking out of my landscaping. I have no idea where it came from. The biggest issue is significant discoloring of the pebble tec. I had them out many, many times to look at it and assess it. Initially they tried to blame it on the start-up by the pool guy (who was their employee/sub-contractor at the time of start-up. They acid washed the coping 3 or 4 times. It still looks terrible. They acid washed the pebble tec twice and there is no change to how the bottom of the pool looks. I argued and begged for about a year and a half for them to fix these issues. I finally gave up. The owner (Tom) ghosted me. He said he had an illness. I am not heartless but 18 months is plenty of time to pull it together or get someone to take over the business for you. Then I could only deal with his wife, Cindy. She seemed like a nice enough person but she seemed to know as much about pool building as I do (zero). They just drug their heels and refused to fix the biggest issue (the pebble tec) or offer me some sort of refund. I think they used some terrible sub-contractors and didn't supervise their work well enough. On the first day of demo, the project manager (Maggie) told me my house was really far away from her house. I guess that should have been my first clue. I never saw her again. Although my pool looks nice, I know all the problems it's has and continues to have and the fight I had to put up to get them to fix even small issues. Now I'm just sad when I look at or use my new pool.
