"We are from Orange, CA not Buena Park, CA We needed a new brick wall fence in our backyard to replace an existing wood and brick fence. We had several bids but felt Kyle seemed to really listen to what we needed. There was also an existing cement slab that would fill up with water and we needed that to be replaced so the water would drain. We also had a cement slab in the front driveway that we wanted to be removed and replaced with dirt and rocks. After the work started my husband wanted a new sprinkler system to be installed and Kyle was able to do it with timers so my husband would not have to drag the hose around our backyard. If you are looking for a great person who is honest, very hard working and will stick with the job until it is finished, I would definitely recommend Sandstone Construction and have Kyle and his team work for you."

"I had my entire home’s patio & walkways (front walkway, side patio & backyard patio) restored last week with Specialty Design Coatings. My initial contact with Kaveh (the owner) to the completion of the job by 2 of his workers (Hector & Oliver) were all excellent! I spoke with Kaveh on the phone for about 30 mins about his entire process, and he was very informative and clear about the process from the start to the end. I had a couple of other quotes from some other contractors, and Kaveh’s pricing was the best. I also had a 3 large wooden trellis poles about 10 ft high bolted to the backyard patio that I needed removed (it was originally there from 35 yrs ago) which would be too dangerous for me to cut down and remove myself. His guys removed it no issue and they took all the wood to the dumpster. Hector & Oliver were hardworking throughout and I am very happy with the result. Would definitely recommend Kaveh and his team if you need any concrete work done or restored at your place!"

"Manny and Exotic Waterworlds provided an excellent result in their construction of our 200 linear foot cinder block wall. This was a shared project between me and my neighbors. Superior aspects of the project: 1) Comprehensive quote providing scope of work and materials with contract cost broken out for each neighbor participating in the project. 2) Competitive price. 3) Obtained required permits and scheduled inspections by City of Huntington Beach inspectors. Charged at permit cost. 4) Separate invoices for each wall partner based on specified ratios. 5) Manny visited the job site every day and was very responsive by text, email and phone. 6) Job foreman Thomas was accommodating in discussing the project with me and solicited my input when small design decisions were needed. 7) Demo'd and hauled off old wood fence, dug required footer and set rebar, poured concrete for footer, built cinder block wall, filled in grout columns as required and topped off wall in five working days. The crew of five worked 7 to 4 (with lunch) each day. 8) Pricing for change orders / work additions was consistent with the rate charged for the overall project. No gouging."

"Integrated Paver Systems is the third contractor we have hired through HomeAdvisor (the other projects were for a complete window replacement [12 windows+3 glass sliders] and pool replastering) and each time the contractor has --hit a grand-slam--. Our project was for a backyard patio + circular walkway (22-ft diameter, 36 inch wide) around an existing gazebo + outdoor kitchen area per customersdesign specification. The work consisted of dirt excavation, laying down/compacting an asphalt-sand mixture, sand screed and installation of Belgard Catalina Grana, Victorian, interlocking pavers inside border pavers set in concrete. Mark Lacher, the owner, was fantastic and very easy to work with. He knew exactly what we wanted, but then pointed out things we needed and his estimate was well-within the expected cost. We were very satisfied with his knowledge and expertise. The overall paver design called for lots of cuts around the circular walkway and curves around the patio area. Victors crew did an outstanding job in performing the work, but also had recommendations to improve the design and make the final result even more aesthetically pleasing. Kudos especially to Luis for his inputs in improving on the design by adding the graceful curves of the walkways connecting the patio area with the circular walkway area. The entire construction crew was highly qualified: the workmen, or more accurately craftsmen, were not only very respectful and open to our suggestions and requests without complaint, but they were also knowledgeable, well-trained, highly efficient and skilled. We are very happy customers and extremely pleased with the quality and workmanship of the paver installation. Integrated Paver Systems exceeded our expectations, and we would hire them again in a heart-beat. We will be enthusiastically recommending Integrated Paver Systems to all our family and friends.
