I plan to have a bi weekly cleaning and I think they will be very reliable - they made good use of their time and had good ideas about flexibility.

Destiny was very nice and helpful. However we were quoted one price after she went to survey the work area and then half way into day one the original price went up by 500.00 more. The job was an emergency room clean up of a hoarder and for sure it was a tiedious and strenuous job, but I explained that to them before they even started and they said donÂ’t worry this is what we do for a living. Another I didnÂ’t care for was they took 2 days to clean the room because they only worked a couple of hours each day instead of just get it cleaned up in one day. This allowed passerbyÂ’s to take pictures and go in and out of the job site without permission. Other then that the garbage and room is cleared out but 1000.00 later instead of the original quote of 340.00 the room should be cleared out and scrubbed clean. Bottom line get a contract in writing with a quote before they start the job. Because this was an emergency job and gross to say the least we appreciate that we didnÂ’t have to clean it ourselves, and again thank you Destiny for being friendly and helpful. We will recommend you guys in the future. Just give people a contract with the quoted price please.

Hi Laura, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that the final results were not 100% to your satisfactory. There are a couple points that may be helpful/clarified when booking services. Over the phone I as the owner provide a "soft quote" which is based on the specifications discussed between the potential client and myself- once I make it out to the property I can further confirm the quote and or make necessary modifications which is what was done in this particular case. You did a great job explaining that the cleaning was for a former hoarder, and that the job would be strenuous however, there were extreme elements that were left out including living/dead rodents, insects, and human urine. Unfortunately, I did have to increase the projected price due to the extremity of this project. I also was unable to complete the job in one setting as the combined elements of this project were not only hazardous but a safety concern for my crew. We did complete the job in a two day timeframe which was granted by the gentlemen you had me work with. The property was completely locked up after both visits and left in a secure state to ensure no trespassing occurred. All trash and debris was removed off of the property after each visit to ensure no one would see nor smell the waste removal. This is more of a 1 off situation where there was a dramatic price increase and does not typically occur. This crew worked non stop and were careful and thorough. They covered all the areas I pointed out and did an excellent job on kitchen and bathrooms. Especially challenging was my basement with years of dust and cobwebs, now clean!

Destinie and Violet were personable and as a team excellent! They were very receptive to using our equipment and supplies. Spent time getting to know our house and what we wanted to be cleaned. They were very thorough. We hired them on the spot to come every 3 weeks! You think your house is clean until it is really clean! I highly recommend Timeless Cleaning Services.
