We hired them in early November to cut down a large tree, which they did a good job of. However, their equipment got stuck and left large ruts on our lawn as they tried to get out. They have not returned to repair them or return my calls.

Theyre quick and efficient

I needed 2 very old mature trees removed and 2 huge branches removed from an old maple tree and about 20 tree stumps removed. Within 24 hours of putting my info into HomeAdvisor Chantz contacted me and we set up for an estimate. I chose TimberScape over 3 other companies that contacted me. Chantz was very personable and reasonable priced and he & his team took care of my project within a week of my call. I am very Happy with the results and I would hire TimberScape again! I have two trees in backyard, which are going to die. After I put my info in the HomeAdvisor, Chantz immediately called me and gave me a good price. In a week, they came and removed the tree, my backyard looks much more clean and beautiful now. I would strongly recommend their service.

Once the gears were in motion they came and got it done quick! Communication was ok. I had said that I wanted every thing removed, so I presume the stump would go with it. But I did not, so possible a miss communication but they did a good good either way.

Completed 9 Ash tree removals in one day. Good clean-up. Worked well as a team. Pleased with the results. Would hire again.

They did a very nice job. Very good job of cutting and piling brush neatly. Cleaned up nicely! Friendly and easy to talk with. The only thing I did not like , was the lack of communication. They did not show up on the day they said they would. No communication of any kind. When they did show up, I was told they could not make it that day because the lift they wanted to rent was not returned by the other party. No problem, but please call and say you will not be on the job site because of the reason. This is not the only company, nor am I the only one that has to deal with this. PLEASE, take the time to make a phone call to let the customer know the situation. Other than that glitch, I am very happy with the work done and the friendliness of the entire crew. Job well done!

They didn't do an adequate job cleaning up. They left a number of large limbs in my front yard. They also put large ruts in my grass. This could have been easily avoided if they had put plywood down for their equipment to drive over. They didn'tt respond to my phone call about my concerns.
