Tim McIver Construction did an excellent job replacing my wooden deck. Tim went above and beyond what the price of the job. They did job in several days and always left my property clean and free of debris. I will use his services again when needed. I highly recommend him.

I contracted with Tim McIver Construction to screen in an existing deck. Tim and his team were prompt, used good quality materials, did very good work, and cleaned up when they were finished. He added few extras at no additional charge. Tim and his crew were very professional and polite. I would definitely hire them again.

Mr. MC Iver and his crew arrived on time and were professional in all aspects of the job. They went with my plan with some suggestions I liked and approved. I had two covered porches built job was done in two weeks. Would highly recommend this company as the price was right and they cleaned up all the mess.

Tim was very quick to respond to my service request which was replacing an existing deck and rescreen a covered porch. He showed up and was on time for all meetings. He listened carefully to what we wanted and added his professional opinion. The job took a little longer than expected due to weather but he kept us informed every step of the way. Everything turned out great. We love the new look!

Terrible job. Once he realized he under quoted the job, everything was rushed, and poorly finished. I have pictures to prove it.

Tim and his crew were very professional and did a very good job replacing our wooden front steps. They completely removed, then rebuilt the steps(actually better than the originals) and cleaned up afterwards. Very pleased with their work. We plan to have him back to replace some of our windows in the near future. Thanks Tim.

Timmothy responded to my proposed repair almost immediately. Visited me the next day to view damage to side of roof. Returned the next day to begin work. Rain and needed material delayed repair over the weekend but he showed up Monday and finished the job in about two hours, Throughout the project he was in touch with me at every phase. Tim repaired and painted fascia boards and soffits in three locations due to roof leaks, checked and repaired drywall inside, and replaced molding around a column outside. He and his team did an excellent job and he was in regular contact with me explaining what he was doing and why and getting approval if any changes were needed. He was the only one that came out promptly and gave me a quote. He was always on time, communicates well, demonstrated excellent craftsmanship, and makes sure that you are pleased with his work. A true professional and I would recommend him to any of my friends. Plus he's just a nice guy. I am keeping his card in my file for future use.
