We couldn't be happier with our choice to use Three Tree Roofing for our roof replacement and new gutters. The price they quoted was in line with other estimates and was a very fair price. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was extremely knowledgeable and professional. When we were having trouble deciding on the shingle color, they swung by and dropped of some sample shingles so we could make a decision. They stayed in contact from the time we selected them through the end of the process and kept us updated on the status. The crew that installed the roof was very courteous and keep our property clean over the two days it took finish the replacement. Because of rain, they were unable to paint the vent pipes and flashing but they came back a couple of days later to finish. If you are looking to have a roof replaced or installed I would highly recommend that you consider Three Tree Roofing.

Three Tree Roofing did a great job on our roof. I highly recommend their high quality work and ethical business practices. We knew that we needed to replace the sagging sheets of ply-board on our roof and we wanted the 50 year CertainTeed Presidential shingles. It was important to us to find a certified installer we could trust. After meeting with a lot of roofing companies, we chose Three Tree Roofing because they offered the most value with highest ratings for installation of the type of roofing materials we wanted. The crew was very professional and cleaned up everything before they left for the day. We purchased some plywood we were going to put in the attic for a floor later and I asked the crew if they could set the boards in our attic while they have the roof open. They were really nice and had no problem putting them in our attic before they closed the roof up again. The roof looks great! We have had the roof long enough to have a couple really good hard western Washington rains and there are no leaks. The ridge vent is working well and not a drop of rain is coming into the attic. We had our gutters replaced by Three Tree too. Our original gutters were larger than our new gutters. There were some areas that the water from the roof was not going directly into the gutters and Three Tree Roofing sent someone out to come and work on the minor tweaks needed to make it perfect. Because our original gutters were so large we never had fascia boards. Three Tree Roofing installed new fascia boards at no charge to help fix the concerns we had about the gutters. It was very important to them to make sure that we were completely happy. I really appreciate that they made sure that our roof and the work they did for us will last for 50 years.
