They did a decent job while they were showing up regularly but they ultimately ended up leaving me in a very difficult position. They had trouble with equipment and missed a weekly mowing; (this was fine as things happen), however it was very unprofessional the way they handled it. They sent out an email to customers apologizing and giving assurances that they would be renting equipment and would be out on Monday to complete the mowing. Instead they never showed and never sent out another update. I tried emailing (twice) and calling but they did respond. Instead, they sent a letter in the mail a few days later. Very disappointing! And now that it is mid-summer, it is harder to find a mower that has an opening in their schedule.

For anyone that reads this, I want to be very honest about this review. We did do a poor job back in 2016. We were a brand new company, created by high schoolers, and we bit off more than we could chew. We took on too many commercial and residential mowing jobs and then had two of our riders go down... and the wait time to get them fixed ended up being 2 months. We rented a mower as long as we possibly could but then ran out of money to continue on. No excuses. We should have come through and done better. We apologize for this poor experience and we promise to never let it happen again.
