Reviews
Write a ReviewThomas was very good. His quality of work is great and the job was done on time. He is a very friendly person and comminates clearly about everything he does.
Thomas is fantastic. Came out same day to quote install of EV charger at my house. Had all the parts and install completed the very next day at a very reasonable price. Fantastic Jesus loving guy. Family owned business. High quality work. Highly recommend!!
The project is done quickly & easy. Its due careless & unattractive by Strixkland Services.
This man is Asian and can't speak English very well. As indicated by the 5 star rating he is trying to say we did a great job.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.. Terrible experience, left my house in worse condition than when they started. Ended up telling him not to come back it was so bad. The work that was completed was done very poorly and very sloppy. Not professional at all. Left my home with holes in the walls where there shouldn't be. Installed outlets crooked and could see in the wall on the side because they cut the hole to big. The solution was for us to go purchase an oversized plate to cover the hole!! When questioned about the lack of workmanship we got the run around for sure, never could get a direct answer from him ever on any questions we had. They also installed new outlets and 1/2 of them don't work or only one plug works. The first day they left us with no AC, it was over 100 degrees. The final straw was when I noticed a hole in the celling. Appeared to be a foot that went through the rafters maybe. Accidents happen but neither one of them told us about it, then when asked about it they tried to deny it saying it was there already. It appeared they tried to cover it up also. We requested him to fix ALL the holes and he said he doesn't do drywall but could find someone but we would have to pay for it... Not sure why we should pay for things that they destroyed while doing a job that they were paid to do!! He claims to be a God fearing Christian individual and wanted to take care of our electrical needs but his actions did not portray that in the least bit. Very hypocritical to say the least!!
I gave this man a price to upgrade his entire electrical service and main panel. The new panel was much larger than the existing one and it required us to cut a larger opening in the sheet rock wall. To get this box into the wall and insert all the existing wires and new wires into the box we had to cut the sheetrock wall with a large enough hole for them to fit into the wall. To get the wires into the top of the box we had to cut the sheetrock to allow the wires to fit into the top of the box. This left about a one inch gap above the box. There is no way around leaving this space above the box. Yes, there is an opening above the box that must be repaired. However, I do not charge the homeowner for repairing this sheetrock because I don't do sheetrock work. Normally the homeowner takes care of this. I told this homeowner that I would get it fixed but that I'd have to charge him for it. He wanted me to fix it but he didn't want to pay for it. If I damaged his ceiling I would happily repaired it but he already owed me $ 1800 dollars so I couldn't afford to do any more work until he paid me. He refused to pay me and I never got my money. I left this job losing $1800 Also, there was nothing wrong with any of the work we done. He's just trying to make me look bad because I wouldn't do the work for free.
would hire this pro again and again.
Thomas is up to date on codes and ensured everything was done correctly. Also was reasonably priced and professional. He always came on time and when he said he would.
Very knowledgeable and prompt and reasonable.
