Fred fixed and replaced some rotting rails on our deck, then power washed and stained the entire deck. Did an excellent job and the deck looks great now. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Would recommend.

Fred replaced boards and stained my deck. His work is exceptional! He takes pride in the task at hand, and is very detailed oriented. He has a keen eye for precision and gets the job done with professionalism. He is polite and has very good communication skills. I am extremely satisfied with the results of my deck, and would not hesitate to use his services for future home projects.

They removed the steps to my deck. Replaced several deck boards and replaced boards to several bad areas. Build railing enclosing open area by steps. Power washed and stained enclosed deck and open deck. Fred was very courteous and informative. Did excellent work and was able to come out sooner than first thought. Fred called within minutes of my request on Angi and asked to come out and give a quote. He arrived promptly and gave us a reasonable quote. We made a down payment and he started work 2 days later. He kept me up to date on his schedule and showed up when he said he would. He finished job on schedule and cleaned up as he worked. He replaced all boards on deck and stained. Did a great job. I would not hesitate to hire him again if I gave another project to do.

Mr. Perine did an excellent job restoring my deck. He took time to address all my concerns regarding both the work to be done at the time and future maintenance. The work was well planned and accomplished in a timely manner. Each day all debris was removed, and I was informed as to when he would return. Both, the customer service and work performed, exceeded my expectations.

Fred was GREAT to work with. He was very professional, told me exactly what he would do in a very detailed, written bid. He was very knowledgeable about what would work best for my situation.
