Very pleased with this company

Stace was quick to reply and came out and gave me a quote for partial exterior painting of my house where paint had started to peel. Because of the weather and our schedules, he could not do the job right away but kept in touch with me which I really appreciated. He subcontracted someone else to replace an overhang panel that had water damage…he did a great job too. Once that was done, Stace scheduled to come out and did the painting. Great job! (scraped, primed bare wood areas, and repainted with matched paint (2-colors) from H.I.S.—previously I had used Sherwin Williams and had the name/formula but was more expensive! ) He said H.I.S was a good quality paint too. The only thing I would have liked is for him to have done two coats of paint instead of just one...the only reason for 4.5 rating and not a 5! I’m very particular about things but Stace was courteous, patient, and answered all my questions…very pleasant to work with. Thank you!

Stace gave me a call within a few minutes of my expressing an interest in getting a quote, and on Saturday to boot. He came by to look at the project - painting our double garage door - and less than 24 hours later, the job was done. Professional, workmanlike, very reasonable - a pleasure to deal with. We asked for a Certificate of Insurance and he didn't bat an eye - we had one before the job was started. The other contractors we got quotes from seemed reluctant to provide one. We will definitely call Thiessen Painting to do our next job.

It was a very good experience, quick response, job well done, however, very expensive.

I spent 1 hour scraping paint from my kitchen floor. There was paint drippings everywhere. He did not complete the painting around one ceiling fan. Some days he would show up at 1030, go to lunch at 1200, come backaround 100 and leave at 330. He received several personal calls while doing this job. I do not mind if some I hire has to use my toilet while they are doing a job for me, but he almost filled the toilet with toilet paper without flushing. He washed his equipment in my sink and left paint everywhere. When he mixed the mud to do texturing, he sprayed mud all over the back of my black leather couch and my black leather chair & carpet.

Initial visit done very quickly. Project completed on schedule and true to rate quoted. Very satisfied.
