Ty and Cody were professional, efficient and did exactly what we wanted at a fair price. I would highly recommend ThermaPro if you have insulation needs. I will use them again in the future.

Therma Pro just finished a job (Sept 24) for me and the results were mixed at best. Ty originally met my wife to go over the estimate and actually went into the crawlspace to look at the job. He was the only one of three contractors that did this. We met a second time (this time I was there) as was the owner, and settled on a price. They scheduled a date to do the work, showed up on time and left the area reasonably clean. So far so good. The day the work was done Ty called me to arrange payment. Since they said that it would be a 2-day job l wasnâ t prepared to go into the crawl space that same day to make sure that the work was complete. I agreed to pay Ty the following day before I had gotten into the crawlspace. This was a mistake on my part, as when I went into the crawlspace, a good portion of the crawlspace had not been insulated. I called Ty and communicated that the front part of the crawlspace had not been insulated. He communicated that (that) part of the crawlspace was not included in the estimate and that Therma Pro would require additional money to complete the job. I took him at his word, which I regret doing. The job is done, and I think done right, but I wouldnâ t use Therma Pro again. It does not sit well with me that they demand immediate payment, leave it me to find out that they did not complete the job as quoted, and then charged me more than the original quote. I am disappointed in myself that I let it happen.

Ty and his crew did an awsome job. I live in a older home no insulation in the bedrooms. Ty came and gave me a very reasonable price on foam insulation blown in from the outside. Did it in one day, had some clean up and hole filling left to do. Retired when they said they would. Great company!
