Richard was not on this job. Worker was late for the installation. The job was rushed with no interior framing for it was 4 pm and work stopped at 5 pm. The dryer duct was inserted through a slider window pane without any seal to close the 1/4 inch gap.

Excellent service and quality windows. I'm stunned at the price and the quality of work. Richard, Scott, and Kim were awesome to work with and provided great communication with quick response time. Only did 6 windows so far but will hire them again to complete the remaining 8 windows and a Bow window. I highly recommend them.

I had a sliding glass door installed in October of 2015 to replace a window. From start to finish my experience was nothing but professional. Richard and Kim went over the top with incredibly warm and courteous customer service, always pleasing. The job could have potentially been very messy given that a bigger whole had to be cut into my dining room wall, but so much attention was given to constant clean up. The quality of work is A plus! From caulking every little seam to cleaning up every last bit of dust, the whole experience was very professional. I love my new door and would recommend these folks anytime! Richard and Kim are a great team to work with.

Rich and Kim were always very responsive to any inquiries that I had, and were very flexible on scheduling the estimate and the installation. The work was done with the highest quality and attention to detail and the slider and picture window look great. I would recommend The Window Source to anyone.
